WHY ASTHMA?
Asthma can affect people of all age groups, but is most common among school-aged children.
Health DisparitiesHealth disparities includes lack of transportation, bad housing conditions, and lack of services. Approximately 14% of houses were reported in poor condition including plumbing, cracks in on the floors, and wire exposed. It was reported that 7% of housing buildings were crowded, and 33% didn't have services. Additionally, 5% of households did not have access to transportation. Further, exposure and averaging time of fungi was the highest with the mean of 3,132 in 12 hours.
